About the UNIX license

If I would like to upgrade the unix version from 10.2 to 11 , is it free license ? Thx.

Hi,
If you have support contract with hp, then check with hp for upgrading the OS. It should be free. If not then you have to purchase the upgrade CD.
check with your local hp support for exact details.

Hi,

I strongly urge you to do cold install rather than upgrade. for which you need to have HP-UX 11.0 core OS media which you can get from HP, if you have support contract
