aCC must be purchased previously, sorry.
After basic installation you can download patches for it when needed.
If you have a license for an aCC version, your local HP support can provide you with upgrade for next versions.

If you pay the price of a license, I believe
that you can download a kit. You should also
be able to download a kit for a limited-time
free trial. Otherwise, they _sell_ it, they
don't give it away.
