accept: destination "00it" non-existent

hi experts,
i had created a dumb printer "00it" using:
lpadmin -p00it -v/dev/null -mdumb
and added its ip in /etc/hosts and created in /usr/bin as ftp00it
but accepting is showing:
accept: destination "00it" non-existen

does it show in lpstat -t? Do you interfce file in /etc/lp/interface dir for that print queue?

with lpstat -t it shows:
00it not accepting requests since Apr 18 08:17 - new destination

the interface file is in the correct place /etc/lp/interface
