Access to OS (if you not remember password at 2nd time, gou out!!!)

Hi,
where and how can i limit access to os?
i mean, when you log on to the system and if you not remember password at 3rd you can not access to OS.
where can you configure this? this is because i want at 1st time you can not access.

Thanks, Manuales.

On 11i and well patched earlier versions, there is a file called /etc/default/security which offers the ability to control many of these login time restrictions. If the file does not already exist, you can create it yourself. Take a look at the man page for security.

Actually, in hindsight, I think you're going to have to convert to a trusted system to gain that functionality.
