Accessing kcweb page from desktop

Hi,

I started the kcweb by using

#kcweb -s startssl.

Then i tried to open the url https://server-name:1188 from my desktop IE.

I am the receiving the error as follows

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.


Can any please help me?

Check /opt/hpwebadmin/conf/httpd.conf for
access directives - Deny from all, Access from all
and configure for your ip.

You could also ssh to the box and run the kcweb tui.

Shalom,

Ideas:
1) Misconfiguration of the kcweb product.
2) Inadequate access because you are not root.
In either of the above cases check the logs, they should help.
3) Directory where the site is is not world readable.

U can try http://server-name:2301
or https://servername:2381

This should work
