ACE9911

We have HP9000 N4000 servers running with HPUX11.0
64bit version.
How can I load "ACE 9911" for the above setup?
Is it a price prodcut?,
Otherwise Where I can download it?
Is O.S upgradation required ?

The last I heard for hp-ux 11.xx, was there was a delay, originally ACE for
hp-ux 11.xx was due out in November / December 1999.

As of now HP are shipping all new Visualise Workstation systems ordered with
instant ignition with HP-UX 11.ACE 9911 pre-installed.

HP are also in the process of shipping the ACE media kits : Product
B3782FA,option AAF and option UM4 with the appropriate localization option, I
belive the process started in anger this month.

I would suggest if you have a support contract with HP you contact your Sales
Center and make sure you are getting a copy or perhaps keep an eye on :
