We had two server under clusters in our production enviroment.(hpux11v2 / mcsg)
vg01 is configured to mount on node1
and vg02 on node2.
We have taken the ignite backup of the 2 production servers and restored it in 2 DR servers, but we do not want them in cluster.
after restart we have to mount the vgs manually in the second node, first node vg01 comes up correctly.
how can we set vg02 to mount automatically.

Solution
If the DR nodes are *not* in a cluster and you have already run "vgchange -c n vg02", then you just need to edit /etc/lvmrc and reset AUTO_VG_ACTIVATE to 1. Then make sure all the filesystems in the vg are listed in /etc/fstab rather than in the package control script.
