Add a printer in one workstation

I need to add a printer in one workstation, this is possible to be done, How?

The simplest answer would be to use SAM > Printers and Plotters > LP Spooler > Printers and Plotters > Actions > Add (Local or Remote)

Yes, for jet direct attached:

man addqueue

addqueue -i 9998 -h printer.yourdomain.com -q PRINTER

Also, this can be done from SAM.
