Recently I have upgrade our system (rp7420) one of Cell Board, existing Cell Board 1 & new Cell Board 0 (8 core processor & 16GB memory).
After add on new Cell Board then I have boot the system that time I did not get any new processor & memory.
Here is some out put for your referense:

This is normal.
Have a look at output of parstatus -C :
Have a look at output of icod_stat :
That means that you must modify your nPar in order to add the cell and its components.
2 ways to do that :
- with SMH. Connect with your browser to http://metrica:2301 , select "Tools" then "View and Manage Complex" in the " nPartition Management " box.
- under shell with command parmodify.
If you are not familiar with nPar, i strongly suggest the use of SMH.

I have try to SMH way, but I am failed. BTW, could you please guide to nPartition CLI mode, I think so I will be do that as per your instraction.
Please help me regarding this issue.

Solution# parmodify -p 0 -a 0/0
# shutdown -R 0
would be the correct steps to follow. You will need to have console access to supervise reboot as "-R" in shutdown means "Shut down the system to a ready-to-reconfigure state and reboot if possible."

Thank you very much for your contribution regarding this issue.
Before send you above command, I have execute this command (parmodify -p 0 -a 0:base:y:ri) after execute this command then I will power recycle entire system. Then I got 16 processor & 32 GB memory.
