Adding a print driver used by jetadmin

Hi all...Couldn't find any documentation on this, so I thought I'd run it by everyone here. I have a user who has an HP 3 laserjet printer with a jetdirect card installed. Most of our printers are HP4000 that are able to use the standard/default "HP laserjet not listed" when setting it up in jetadmin and it works fine, except after printing the the request it prints a page of garbage characters. I'm assuming that HP laserjet 3 only supports a lower version of PCL than the default driver is sending. What I'd like to do is install the laserjet 3 driver to the jetadmin list. Can anyone point me in the right direction (i.e. find the correct driver and plug it into the jetadmin list of available drivers).

Hi,

first make sure you are on the latest version of the HP printer installer, rather than the old (and now de-supported) jetadmin... go to the following link to download hppi:
