allbase/isql problems

Hi gurus,
i have hp-9000 server with allbase/isql database running. i have some questions about allbase/isql, pl. clarify me.
1. is allbase/isql supports stored procedures?
2. what all the limitationa for allbase/isql?
3. can u please suggest me the good books for the same.?
4. what all the advantages and disadvantages compared to sybase over allbase and oracle.?
Please clarify me and also sent me the good web links related to that information.
