Hi,
One of my disk og vg00 gone bad /dev/dsk/c3t1d0.

The presence of an alternate link indicates the disk might be a LUN in some sort of external storage system.
The exact steps cannot be determined without first knowing the model and configuration of that storage system.
Is the data in lvol13 still readable? If it is, backup or mirror it as soon as possible! If not, you may have already lost the data and need to restore lvol13 from backups.
If that storage system implements an internal hardware RAID 1 or RAID 5 (which would usually be completely hidden from the HP-UX system), the disk replacement procedure might be as simple as:
- pull out the failed disk from the storage system
- install a new disk
- verify that the storage system begins an auto-rebuild; start it manually if necessary
- make sure the rebuild operation completes
