I execute ps -ef |grep -i am60, after the command execution, and I see thet AM60Srvr steel running.

Hi,
Make sure the file /etc/rc.config.d/hparamgr has this entry,
HPARAMGR_START_STOP=1
Then try and shutdown the array manager once again,
/sbin/init.d/hparamgr stop
What happens when you issue this command. Is it giving any error.
