Aministration of many servers

Hi gurus,
in the near future our company problbly will get about 20 small HP-UXes. On this boxes we will run the similar software - let's say, the 20 oracle bases - one for the one server.
Do you know any software which allows you to easly managing tens of boxes? From the some reasons something like mosix or beowulf is prohibited...

There are several things...but I will name one good one.

We currently use JumpPoint to manage small updates that our Platform Specialists push out to our boxes...

We have 30 admins who average 15-35 servers each. We each do major patching and upgrades, but minor items they push out to help us out.
