Announce: Ignite-UX whitepaper on USB memory stick boot

If You can't boot Ignite with a USB stick, why is the paper named as it is.

It will assist with initial boot, but not a full install.

Sometimes it is handy to boot up, then redirect the install to a Fibre tape or remote server, etc.
