annoying blinking box in the CAD application

Hi there,

I have a problem with X-Window after installation of a patch release of
September 2000 for HP-UX 10.20 in the computer, I also used PATCH_NOSAVE option
so I could not uninstall the patch.
The problem is following: In the application we're using (It's like a CAD application) I started to see a big
blinking rectangle following the mouse. The problem appears when the user painting on the screen in that app. I tried to apply latest patches for X-
Window and to play with different X-Window settings, no luck.
Please advise me what are the possible ways to hunt the problem down. Is it possible to see what are API call are made of example, or any other suggestion?
