Annoying Event Monitor Service Event Notifications

receiving many messages of majorwarnings from
disk_em, event# 1000091 from all drives on
sc10 disk enclosures. drives are at hp05 firmware, bcc's are at hp04

Summary: Software configuration error

diagnostics loaded from support plus dec 2000
hpux 11.00 running on a N class

Install patch PHSS_23066 that should fix the problem. You also need PHCO_22628 as well because the first patch is depended on it.
