Any real interest to use the HANFS's FLM feature with SGeSAP packages ?

Any real interest to use the HANFS's FLM feature with SGeSAP packages ?

Bonjour,

 

Currently building a SAP cluster, with MCSG 11.20.00.01, SGeSAP B.05.10 and NFS Toolkit A.11.31.08.

 

I found in the SGeSAP documentation nothing about the File Lock Migration functionality. Also I never used FLM in other environment. Though I can understand the benefits it gives, I have no background experience with it and don't know if it has some side effects.

 

So, did someone here used FLM ? Did it really brought to you any enhancements ? Any success story where FLM helped to solve a problem, or quite the reverse ...  :-( 

 

And finally, did someone tried to implement FLM with SGeSAP ?
