APA is failing

Dear Gurus,

I have an rx2660 server running on HP-UX 11.23 and on this server we have Data Protector 6.I have found out that sometimes the system will just go off line.You cant ping, telnet nor do any work on it except fro the MP.

After some time it was discovered that APA stops and you have to manually restart it for the system to come online again. Checked all patches and they are up to date. Please what else can I do? Thanks.
