apa-lan monitor

I've heard the way install lan monitor mode from 11.11 is different from 11.23.
I just want to confirm whether I have to pay attention to any other things.

another question.I'v known HP_APA_HOT_STANDBY of default configuration value is 0 in manual.
I don't know exactly hoe different 0 and 1 value.
