I need install APA with HPUX 11.31 Foundation Licence.

HP say 11.31 migrate to BASE HPUX 11.31,

How to install APA or how to order de BASE 11.31.

If you have an active HPUX support contract, then you are entitled to migrated from the Foundation Operating Environment (FOE) to the Base Operating Environment (BOE).

The easiest way to do this is through the standard software update channels. If you have your Support Agreement Identifier (SAID) linked to your ITRC user ID, then you should be able to order the BOE media through Software Update Manager at itrc.hp.com.

If you don't have this facility, then best to talk to your HP support contacts.

If you don't have an active support contract, then I'm afraid you're not entitled to transition to the BOE.
