Just download the perl software (compiled )
from this site.
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Languages/perl-5.6.1/

One last step you will almost certainly have to do:
Create a user 'www' and create a group 'www'. The uid and gid are unimportant; you just need the www entries. The www user should not even have a valid passwd - noone will ever login as www.
Now edit /opt/apache/etc/httpd.conf and add/change these two lines:
User www
Group www
You can then start htppd as root and the group & user will change to 'www'.
