Apache and PHP

I have loaded the 2.0 version of Apache from HP that includes PHP version 4. I have opened the test web page under /opt/hpapache2/htdocs and it tells me that PHP is not working. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong to get PHP up and runnig? My workstation is a B2000 with HPUX 11.0.
