Re: apache
You mean the one entitled "welcome to hp-ux
web server suite"?
Try asking for "index.html.en", instead.
What were you expecting to see?

How about "DocumentRoot"?

Re: apache
dyi # uname -a
HP-UX dyi B.11.31 U ia64 4235313755 unlimited-user license
dyi # /sbin/init.d/hpws_apache
usage: /sbin/init.d/hpws_apache {start|startssl|stop|start_msg|stop_msg}
Ok. I'm a trusting soul.
dyi # /sbin/init.d/hpws_apache startssl
usage: /sbin/init.d/hpws_apache {start|startssl|stop|start_msg|stop_msg}
Well, I was. The more obviously correct
usage _does_ work.
dyi # /sbin/init.d/hpws_apache start
dyi #
And the SSL decision is controlled in
"/etc/rc.config.d/hpws_apacheconf".

Re: apache
Sounds like a httpd.conf problem.
Put a generic test page in the DocumentRoot of the server and see what you get.
If you don't get your page, then its the httpd.conf file
