TSM client upgrade

Hi

I hv a TSM client version 5.3.4 and the TDPoracle64 version 5.2.0 running on rp3440 server
Now I am planning to upgrade the TSM client 5.3.4 to 5.5 version.My question is ,
1.Is there any dependency between TSM client and TDP
2.If it there means,whether I need to upgrade TDP also.
3.Is there any pblm will happen when i upgrade TSM client.

And also tell me what are the precautions i need to take while upgrading TSM client.

TSM Client version :

swlist -l fileset | grep -i tivoli
# TIVsm 5.3.4 IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Client
# TIVsm64 5.2.3 IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Client API 64Bit

TDP version :

swlist -l fileset | grep -i TDP
# TDPOracle64 5.2.0.0 Data Protection for Oracle on HP-UX
TDPOracle64.TDPOracle64 5.2.0.0 Data Protection for Oracle
TDPOracle64.TDPOutil 5.2.0.0 Data Protection for Oracle Utility
