Application build problem

Hi all
If a application build on a system of B.11.23
can it be run on B.11.11 system?

Simple answer : NO

Complex answer : Most likely not.

And the reverse way is not an option either. For very simple applications which does not have any hooks to any devices or any dramatical device needs, there are rumors that apps are cross-compatible, but this is more of a old-wives tale than a fact.
