appmanager
I am trying to clean out unused or unneeded files from my system to give us more room. I found a bunch of files under /var/dt/appconfig/appmanager that seem to have something to do with desk tops. Alot of these files begin with "root - (ip.address)" Can I get rid of these files or at least some of them. A search of the knowledge base gave me no clue what so ever.
Thanks

Re: appmanager
I'm pretty sure a .... /var/dt/appconfig/appmanager/--0
file is created for every CDE user session be it local or remote.
I also think it should be OK to remove these files providing all users are logged out of CDE (advise is take a B/U first before a rm -R /var/dt/appconfig/appmanager/"$USER"*)

Re: appmanager
David,
You should be able to go into SAM and get rid of those files, if im not mistaken there is a util in there to get rid of unused or unwated files...Tony
