Are "save_config" & "make_sys_image" commands non-constructive ?
Hi,
Are "save_config" & "make_sys_image" commands non-constructive? What will I have to be aware before I run them?
How often should we capture these information?
Thanks so much.
Regards,
Kelvin

Kelvin,
Is this for recovery purpose? If yes Ignite is the better way to go. You can use make_tape_recovery , make_net_recovery (for HPUX 11x) , make_recovery ( for HPUX 10x) for Ignite backup

IT is great!
