Hi,

We are getting following out put from the sautil command.

I have a concern about the battery pack#1, since it gives the following message :

Battery Status (pack #1)............ FAILED

Is the Battery pack#1 faulty?

The battery is bad and should be replaced asap. Open a support call and get a new battery installed.
After this your system will be faster again, because the write cache will be enabled.

Hello Battery is failed/discharged so open a h/w case and change the battery.
