This is the reason that I can`t broke the mirror. I have a new disk, and shutdon and change it, but must I create the mirror again or there is another way.

You mirror logical volume by logical volume.
So which logical volumes are giving you trouble? How about an error message from vgdisplay and lvdisplay.
Love to help. Need some info.

Select "HP-UX Software Recovery Handbook"
Then select "Chapter 16 - Logical Volume Manager (LVM)"
Then select "LVM"
What you'll get is a PDF document. You want to go to the section titled "Replacing a Failed Disk"
That should walk you through the process.
