ATDD driver with RP24xx running 11i ?

Hi all.
We want to install our IBM LTO 3584 over A Class, running 11i, so IBM told us ATDD Driver is not supported for this configuration.
Anybody has configured ATDD driver with RP24xx running 11i ?
Please, HELP !.
I would like to be lie on a beautiful beach spending my life doing nothing, so someboby has to make this job.

I encountered the same problem 6 months ago. We replaced a A500(HP-UX 11.00 v1)with a new rp3410 (HP-UX 11.i v1). The end result is we are no longer able to make the rp3410 as a media server. What we did was to make an existing L class(running HP-UX 11.0) as a media server and make the rp3410 running as a netbackup client. I know it didn't help you, but I just want to serve my experience.

HI Juan

Try using the schgr and spt0 and spt drivers. This should provide SCSI passthrough and then you should be able to manipulate the device.

Off course you will have to set the library up as type TLD.

Might work ... might not. Just a thought.
