Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

Hello Ms. Shayne Wagley,

I have been informed to send you a message regarding the below issue. This issue is in regards to the question I had titled Sorry everyone for not being able to assign points to the following question:

Any Scripts for documenting a System?

It shows 24 responses but whenever I go in to check it
only displays 8 so I am not seeing all the responses
that people keep submitting.

I seem to be experiencing problems with retrieving all of the answers posted to my question in the forum. If you know how I can see them all or help in any way I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know so that I can award points. Thanks.

Thanks for your help.

PS Shaun,
Some of those replies have been removed (to keep the forums tidy). There were many duplicate responses posted to that thread.

Re: Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

Thanks for the reply... Apparently though some scripts were sent to me regarding the question and I am not able to see them since they would be farther down.

Thanks

Re: Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

I tried posting the script but received 404 errors. The script is only 200k. So I emailed the script to Shaun.

Hi Shaun,

Thanks for your message! If you notice a problem in the ITRC Forums or if you have any suggestions, please write me at: itrc_forums@hp.com

Your input is appreciated and I circulate your feedback internally.

Regarding the issue with not being able to see all the replies to your question, did Cheryl's advice fix the problem?

"Have you tried hitting your refresh key to see if it is a browser problem as it was with mine?

Under the IE View menu, I selectedL Internet Options, the Temporary Internet Files, Settings, Refresh page every visit."

Kind regards,

Re: Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

I searched with different settings Cheryl mentioned, but it still didn't work for me.

I am now unable to even find Shaun's original thread.

Re: Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

Hello,

Your right. As I have Refreshed many times but still get email stating that there is a new response to my recent question on Performance. When I go into it I do not find any updates on the question...

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Re: Attn: Ms. Shayne Wagley...

Is it possible that you might have a duplicate thread out there? Some times I have seen some system problems cause this, but often I see duplicates in the same forum area or other forum areas too. Just a thought.
