Hi,

If you are on 11.23 (11iv2) or higher you can use RBAC (role based access control):

If you are on 11.11 (11iv1) or lower then sudo is the tool most people use:

http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Sysadmin/sudo-1.6.8p12/

This can be used on 11.23 and higher as well if you wish, but of course there's no support from HP for this product.
