Hi,
I have put database auto startup script in
the dir /sbin/rc2.d and shutdown script in
/sbin/rc0.d
To check whether autoshutdown was done
successfully, which log file I have to see ?
I checked the file /etc/rc.log, it is showing
status only for startup programs.
Kindly reply me.
Thanks
R.Ezhil

Re: Auto startup and shutdown scripts
check running the script from the normal command line.
If things run normally then you can place them at /sbin.rc0.d
