autofs & NIS

Hi,
I try to set up the autofs.We are using NIS to administer user.But the user home directory are scattered through 13 servers.We already have server which managed to automount whenever user login.Meaning whenever user A logon to server B,NIS (i think ! ) will mount the user A home directory from server C.
But we have a new machine and it failed to automount.I attach here the auto* file in /etc directory.

Appreciate your help.

Have you configured the NIS client on the new machine?. Also check /etc/nsswitch.conf.
