Autoraid 12 H Data Unavailable

Hi,
I am facing a problem with Autoraid 12H connected to K-460Server.Messages on the console is :Data Unavailable on c2t1d6
Data Unavailable on c6t0d0 -- Basically there are 2 Nos of Controller (X & Y), the device address mentioned are of X&Y controllers.
In the logprint output it showed that "Drive media error on Slot A2", So i have replaced the Disk on Slot A2 , after rebuilding the problem still persists (i.e the message on the console is same).but the logprint doesnot show any error.In the syslog - there are POWERFAILED on the device c2t1d6 even after disk replcaement.Can anybody help me in this case.

Hi,
check with the ioscan and stm commands if there is an hardware error.

I have checked, there are no hardware errors.
