I guess the issue is I don't know how I obtain the Auxiliary-Opt depot to install.

Re: Auxiliary Optimizer for HP Languages

Those are included in the optional compiler purchased products (e.g. HP aC++, HP C/ANSI C) so, for, example, if you have the codeword for aC++, you also have the langtools.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Re: Auxiliary Optimizer for HP Languages

Clay .. Thanks .. Is there a 'free' way to just install Auxiliary-Opt? This is the only piece the application requires.

Thanks again

Re: Auxiliary Optimizer for HP Languages

You would have to ask HP but as far as I know you have to purchase at least one of the compilers (C++, ANSI/C, FORTRAN, Pascal, COBOL?) to get these utilities and object files. On the other hand, if you have these files on another box ... well, let your conscience be your guide.

... and on the foot, there is always the Trial Version.

Re: Auxiliary Optimizer for HP Languages

You should NOT have to install this product unless you are doing high levels of optimization.

If Oracle asks you to install, ignore it.
