Avant Go

Anybody else out there use Avant Go for a Palm or Windows CE PDA?
I've tried setting up the HP forums page as an Avant Go channel so I can peruse forum messages off-line. The custom channel set up works after a fashion, and I can browse through forum messages OK.
However, because of the navigation and info bars on the forum web pages, I end up with a very badly formatted page for display on my Palm.
I don't suppose there's any chance of getting a 'stripped down' version of the forum web pages for this?
