Backup through different FC , NIC card

Hi ,

We have rx6600 in our setup.

Which has 8 nic cards , 4 fc ports .

We are using 4 nic cards for our cluster configuration.

2  FC ports for Storage ( EMC VNX 5500 ) 

We use data protector in our environment .

We want to differentitae databkup traffic over nic and fc port.

How can that be acheived ?

We want to take san based backup through FC , but not with existing ports ; can we use alternate ports ?
