Bad characters with keyboard under console mode

Hello,
Excuse-me for my English, but I'm French

I've developed a software which runs under HP-UX11.11 in mode console.

I installed HP-UX with this options :
- Keyboard = french
- Language = french

When I use the keyboard under the mode console, the character " appears on the screen when I use the keys | or - or ...

It's very strange, because my keyboard seems to be installed correctly (AZERTY).

What must I make to configure the keyboard correctly?

Your English is fine.

try stty -a

Lets see if there is some character assignment that is remapping those keys.

I would try stty cs8 -istrip
Ans yes follow SEP advice: what is the output of stty -a?
