BAD FAN on LCD display on J5000

Hi !
I have a J5000 box which one day, all of a sudden powered off automatically. The LCD display on the machine read "INI C642: EXIO BAD FAN 9". How do I identify FAN 9 ?
Where can I get the information on interpreting these error codes?

I would be surprised if there are 9 fans, but at the very least I would suggest you get a hardware call placed with your hardware maintanence company (HP?)
If the fans are visible, you may see one not spinning, and that could be the failing one.
