Baltic locale on UX 11.0?

Hi,

Anyone knows if I can setup a box with HP-UX 11.0 for Baltic locales (Estonian, Latvian for exemple)?
Is there any choice for iso8859-13 char set if I don't want to use UTF-8?
How can I enter Baltic special characters from an English keyboard?

You should not attempt to enter Baltic special characters from an English keyboard. That would lead to problems. You will need to have the correct keyboard. I have been told the Baltic code page is ISO8859-4. I can't find this HPUX.
