Best model script for 4250 dtn ?

We just bought a 4250 dtn to replace a 5SiMx.
Which model script do you recommend we use ?
I'm running 11.23 on an Itanium rx2600.

the 4250tn and 4250dtn appear to have additional options, but I would think the script remains the same
