Can anyone tell me where can I find the latest version for it?

If you have the ANSI C compiler, download and build the source from isc.org.

HHi, If I download from the above link, will it be copatible with HP-UX 11.0?

Also I do not have any compiler to compile it.

Please let me kno if any version of BIND available for HP-UX 11.0 which is higher than BIND 8.1.2.

Bind 9 can be used with ux 11.0. It is not compatible with 11i,

You probably won't be able to compile it without the full ansi C compiler, the add on product from HP, but you could give it a shot with gcc. I haven't had any luck without the ansi compiler however.
