Dear Boley,
In fact I have given points and I apologize to those who I haven't. Presently my browser is displaying the points button as unassigned, which doesn't allow me to give points. As soon as I get that straighten out, I'll be sure to give you 1000 points for all your effort. And as for submiting the same question twice, I thought maybe if I worded it a little different, maybe I'd get back a response that I'd be able to understand a little more. Not being a HP unix admin, I need all the help I can gather.

Jeff,

Perhaps I came across a little more negative than I had intended. Like you I want to get help as well as give if I can, however after answering the same question for you before and having the same question asked by other during the same time frame with no hint that you even looked at the first answere. It made me wonder just what was going on at your house (hence the work getting to you comment) my slight attempt at humor obviously failed. I dont wish to recieve a thousand points from you, but the points is the tool used to provide feed back as to wheather or not our suggestion helped. If no feed back then its hard to improve the responses that I leave for people. I hope that in addition to leaving points to others as they deserve them you might also leave the appropiate points that I deserve based on my responses to you and if I dont rate any points then issue N/A at least that way I will know that I need to work on my delivery in that area.

We are all after the same thing here to do our job as effectivly and efficiently as possible and maybe learn a little bit along the way.

Finally, I appreciate you making the effort and putting my name in the subject line, however i'm sure many users dont care. I would think it is more acceptable to respond to my comments in the problem ticket that I addressed my comment in.
