Iam getting below error when trying to install os image thorugh boot helper server

Failed to initialize with ENTRY_INIT Status = -7

My client IP is 10.254.6.252

Boot helper server IP: 10.254.6.225

Ignit server IP is :10.39.1.110

1)

I have updated the boot help server with my Ignite server IP.

# /opt/ignite/bin/instl_adm -d
# instl_adm defaults:
# NOTE: Manual additions between the lines containing "instl_adm defaults"
# and "end instl_adm defaults" will not be preserved.

netmask[]="255.255.255.0"
route_gateway[0]="10.39.1.31"

2) updated the /etc/opt/ignite/instl_boottab with client ip address and mac

10.254.6.252:001a4b0be8ab::reserve

3) Also updated the boottab of ignite server with relevent information:

ha=001a4b0bf8a8:\
ip=10.254.6.252:\
sm=255.255.254.0:\
gw=10.254.6.1:\
bf=/opt/ignite/boot/boot_lif
