boot off MSL6030 with NSR
I have made a make_tape_recovery tape onto my SAN attached MSL6030.
When I reboot neither my L1000 or L3000 can see the tape drive when you do a search in the PDC.
I am supposed to be able to do this?

Moving along nicely

Re: boot off MSL6030 with NSR
Chris,
I don't know if it is already possible to boot from SAN attached tape devices (the driver for the FC HBA is not loaded yet and that is why you don't detect the tape drives).
Connect the drives with a SCSI cable to an available SCSI controller of the tape devices to perform the Ignite restore.
best regards,
Kurt
