The OS is a HPUX 11.11 and firmware version is 36,50.
I tried a boot from cd but nothing happens. It read the cd rom and show the same warnings above.
Somebody knows whats happens?

Re: Boot problem
Did you make any change to your system? (Hardware change?).
I think that there is some change in your hardware system.
For your second question:
You can refer to this document (in .pdf format):
http://docs.hp.com/en/B3920-90073/B3920-90073.pdf
And take a look with this thread, it may help you:

Goodluck to you.

Re: Boot problem
You said you installed new memory. Whenever you install new memory it has to be in pairs and in sequence. Insure that you have installed it in sequence i.e. 0a,0b;1a;1b and so on.
Another thing is that your memory is giving single bit memory errors during self test. Atleast one module is faulty. If you have more that one pair of RAM installed then try by putting only one pair at a time & repeat for all pairs alternately. This should give you alteast one working set pair atleast, even if you are unlucky then try to do it with old RAM it was running with earlier,if you have it.

Re: Boot problem
What model (exactly) is your server (D300, D210, etc)?
WHat is the memory configuration (what size SIMM in 0A, 0B, etc)?
What message do you get when you interrupt the boot process and check the memory (ME command)?
This should give us a clearer picture of just what is wrong.
Best Regards,
Dave

below and see the results.Do not afraid it
is only for view about your mem dimms and and checks memory..
echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog" | /usr/sbin/cstm

Re: Boot problem
As clarified earlier you should try by filling one pair in a row with similar SIMMS.
i.e 0a & 1b both with similar SIMMS, 1a & 1b both with similar SIMMS ( Can be different from the one in 0a & 0b) and so on.
Possible reason appearing from the output you posted.
The SIMMs in 1a & 1b, 4a & 4b are not similar or any one of these is faulty.
Simple Solution :-
Mark SIMMs from 1-4 and
1) If all four are of same capacity then try all possible combinations in either 1a,1b or 4a,4b slots.
Possible Combinations :- 1-2;1-3;1-4;2-3;2-4;3-4
Try in both slots one by one to diagnose even if any slot problem is there.
2) If all four are not of same size. Then put any of these in other slot with existing working ones having remove one of the pair.
Like this you will be albe to eliminate any one or two modules as faulty or make your system functional if it is just a misconfiguration problem.
________________
Another way to start system
Remove SIMMS from 1a-1b;4a-4b & 5a-5b And install the pair removed from 5a-5b in 1a-1b.
There should not be any problem by doing this and your system should come up with 608MB of RAM.
