Booting error while vpar loads

SIZE: Text:1126K + Data:45108K + BSS:18958K = Total:65194K
Hi I get the below error while booting the system in vpar mode.It is an ia 76XX system with hp ux 11.23. Can some one points me where it stucks

Console is on virtual console
Database has changed as resource request could not be satisfied. Look into the log file for more information. Booting the partitions will alter the database on disk.
If you want to retain the database, reboot the monitor, boot into nPar mode and make a copy of the database

Sounds like an invalid configuration. Do as advised in the message - boot into nPar mode and check/adjust your config.
