Hi All,
We have RP 4400 server. It is not showing anything on consoel and not accessible.
when reset the system through iLO it is not stuckking up on the below error -
Start NIS server subsystem .......................................... OK
Start ldap client daemon ............................................ N/A
Start NIS/LDAP server subsystem ..................................... N/A
Start NIS client subsystem .......................................... OK
Start NFS client subsystem .......................................... NFS server (pid1296@/net) not responding still trying
NFS server (pid1296@/net) not responding still trying
NFS server (pid1296@/net) not responding still trying
NFS server (pid1296@/net) not responding still trying
NFS server (pid1296@/net) not responding still trying

Hi Ravi,
It looks the NFS server is down that is the reason why it is strucking there.
You can try to break NFS/automount by pressing CTRL+| key sequence. If it doesn't work, reboot into single user mode and disable the NFS and automount daemons and boot the server.
Once the server is booted troubleshoot the NFS server issue.

Hello,
looks like you have a static NFS mount configured in your /etc/fstab. If you cannot make the NFS server to respond, reboot to single user mode and hash that particular mount out of /etc/fstab. Then reboot to multi-user.
After correcting the issue with the NFS server, you can enable the mount again.
Exactly to avoid this to happen, it is advisable to use automount instead.
